Domestic orders will will be shipped via U.S. mail within one business day of the order being placed. Packages normally reach their destination within 3-4 business days.
Sales Tax: Orders delivered within California are subject to California Sales Tax. Applicable taxes will be automatically added to such orders during the checkout process.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
The products sold by BullGoose Shaving Supplies are personal care products. As such, they cannot be returned unless they have a tamper seal that is fully intact. Safety razors and shaving brushes do not have tamper seals and thus cannot be returned. This is for everyone’s safety.
Product Warranties:
Many of the products offered by Bullgoose Shaving Supplies include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however we are not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
